All services rendered by or on behalf of Cheap-Flight.co.za to the Client/s are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms should be read and understood prior to confirming your travel.
Travel Disclaimers
By proceeding to book, you agree that Cheap-Flight.co.za operates as a reseller of flights and all content is sourced from a GDS or our Travel Partners directly via an API.
Cheap-Flight.co.za cannot be held liable for any operational changes, cancellations, or consequential damages incurred by you or any passenger in the booking in the event that flights are not able to operate as planned.
Agency Role
Cheap-Flight.co.za represents the Principal (airlines, hotels, etc.) as agents only and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from any act or omission by the Principal. The contract in use by the Principal shall constitute the sole contract between the Principal and the Client.
Client Duties
Travel Insurance
It is strongly advised that all Clients take out adequate insurance cover for cancellations, illness, or loss of baggage.
Passports & Visas
It is entirely the Client's responsibility to ensure that all passports and visas are current, valid, and obtained on time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall either party be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages. Each party's aggregate liability is limited to the net amount received and retained by that party during the three-month period preceding the claim.
Legal Compliance
